G Hopkins for Model Number DVL223EAOWW Hello ~ We are having our clothes get caught at the inside top edge of the drum as it spins, leaving brown marks and sometimes tearing. The drum also squeaks as it spins. Can you tell me which parts we might need to replace if we decide to do so?
Answer G Hopkins, You will want to check the front bearing slides WE03X10001 on the front of the drum for being missing or damaged which would cause the squeaking and cause the drum to allow clothes to slip in between the tub and the front.
