Disconnect the drain hose from the plumbing under the sink, Place the end of the hose in a large bucket or trash can and drain the machine. If the drain pump runs this should clear most if not all the debris in the pump assembly and hose. If it still doesn't drain, you'll need to remove the water and the drain pump and check for damaged impeller or clogs in the sump and hose to the drain pump.
