Gary June 24, 2017 for Model Number GE CDT 725SSF2SS How do I remove the lower spray arm? It's the one that's shaped like an X. The weights on the bottom side have fallen off
1 Answer Hello Gary! There are three locking tabs on the locking hub (the part your spray arm mounts too.) The spray arm itself has four locking tab receivers on the bottom. The hub tabs will only lock into the receiver's on the the short blades of the spray arm. Only one tab is locked at any given time. Step 1. You'll have to locate the tab which is locked. Step 2. Insert a small screwdriver to release pressure on the tab. Step 3. Turn the hub clockwise to release the spray arm and lift to remove. Hope this helps! Read More...

1 Answer Barbara, Check to see that there are no kinks, twists or clogs in the drain hose. Disconnect the drain hose from the plumbing under the sink, Place the end of the hose in a large bucket or trash can and drain the machine. If the drain pump runs this should clear most if not all the debris in the pump assembly and hose. If it still doesn't drain, you'll need to remove the water and the drain pump and check for damaged impeller or clogs in the sump and hose to the drain pump. Read More...
