Tom for Model Number pdw7300n10ww Hey I have a question about the lower spray arm on my dishwasher. I just noticed a thin metal piece flapping from the bottom of it : it makes contact with the heating element and the plactic tube going up to the upper arm. Does the lower arm just pop up and off to replace/inspect? I this metal part held on by clips, screws, or tiny trolls who need to bribed? Thanx a million! Tom in NC
