Tony for Model Number JVm1330 The door handle on my microwave completely broke off and I need to replace it. The nubs are still there. When looking at it I noticed that there is a plate on the inside of the door. The screw to the top of the handle is exposed, but the screw to the bottom of the handle isn't. I removed the top screw by holding the nub that was left from the door handle and unscrewing it. How do I get to the bottom screw, or is it an insert with a slide? Obviously I have to remove the plate, how do I do this?
