Andrew for Model Number JVM1340BW002 My handle snapped off, I assume that is Part Number WB15X10020 but the two plastic screws broke as well. Are these included with the handle or are there seperate part numbers for these. Also, I see how to get the top screw out but what about the bottom one? Thanks in advance.
