John for Model Number Whirlpool. WHM 1163XVS Need to replace handle on microwave. I cannot figure out how to get the handle off
Answer John, To remove the handle for your microwave you will need to remove the choke on the inside of the door. To do this you will need to use a putty knife and get in between the outer cover and the inner door panel (which is the choke) and pry the choke out.
