Thomas for Model Number Model# JCT910SASS, Serial#TV240323Q The oven light is on when the door is open. The control panel shows no indication, clock and timer display nothing, and non of the touches works. Consequently the oven is not working. I've just replaced the touch pad and nothing changed. Is there another breaker or fuse for the control unit different from that of the light? Is the a fuse in the control unit?
Answer Hello Thomas, There is a thermal limiter WB24K5126 that is located behind the control panel that if it is blown then the unit will not operate. The light would come on even with this blown. Check continuity of the thermal limiter. No continuity means it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
