Donna for Model Number hot point gas overn 317B6641p001 The stove top works but the oven doesn't heat up. I turned it to bake start, and darkened the kitchen to see if it lit up to start the ignitor, but nothing happened. I am assuming the ignitor needs to be replaced. I dont know the serial number to order correctly. Where do I find that?
Answer Hello Donna, The model and serial numbers are both located on the units' I.D. tag. This is usually behind the edge of the drawer panel on the face of the unit.
