Answer Hello Veronica, On a wall oven you will remove the bottom of the bake compartment to access the bake ignitor and the broil ignitor is accessed from the bake compartment also. The video is only there to give a general understanding of how the part is changed out and it varies from model to model. I have never pulled a wall oven from the cabinets to change the ignitor.
