Jack for Model Number jgbp26gen2ad Neither the oven or broiler will come on. The oven igniter does not glow. I can't see the oven igniter with out taking the broiler apart.
Answer Hello Jack, If the unit has not been moved recently it is doubtful that both ignitors failed at the same time although it is possible. I would first look at the ignitor and note the color. If it is red or orange, it is not getting hot enough to ignite the gas and will require replacement. If it is yellow or white hot, it is hot enough and the issue will more likely be the gas valve.
