Answer Ken, If you test the igniter to make sure that it is getting 120 vac to it when set to bake and if there is 120 vac then test the oven safety valve to see if there is 3.0 to 3.6 vac getting to the valve. If there is then the igniter is good and if not getting proper voltage then the igniter is faulty. If there is not 120 vac to the igniter then the control would be the issue.
