Jeff for Model Number JGRP17WEW5WW I replaced igniter for oven. When I turn on sometimes it lights and other times it doesn't. I light manually then after preheat it shuts off and won't re-light and you smell gas.
Answer Hello Jeff. Check and see if the igniter is glowing when the unit does not lite. If not, test for voltage to the igniter. If there is none, you will need to replace the oven control WB27T10267. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
