Bob M. for Model Number Autocrat G23Y-CW5 We have an older model double oven. The burners on the stove work and the pilot lights for both top and bottom will light, but neither oven will light. I believe I need new igniters but not sure. If so, which one of the list do I need?
Answer Hello Bob. The model number you provided is not working. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the igniters. If so, replace the igniters. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
