Kenny, To properly diagnose the situation, you'll need to use a multi meter TJMA-DM1 You'll need to remove the ceramic wire nuts from the igniter wire connections, and disconnect the wires, attach the meter leads to the two wires from the chassis wire harness(not the igniter wires) and turn the thermostat WB20K06 to a bake temperature. If you have 120 VAC across the wires, then the thermostat is OK, and you'll need the igniter. No 120 VAC would indicate a broken wire or faulty oven thermostat.
