Hello Danki. Yes, it sounds like the igniter is weak, and will need to be replaced. The igniter is located on the bake burner. You will need to remove the oven bottom and the flame baffle to access the burner and the igniter. Then remove the screws holding the old igniter in place and reinstall with the new igniter in reverse order. Hope this helps.
