Jim for Model Number JGBS04PPH2WW I am working on a gas oven that was supposed to have been converted to LP gas. The problem I'm finding is the pilot flame in the oven is too high and it allows the oven to lite instantly, instead of the usual 30-60 second wait. Did the thermal couple need to changed as part of the conversion?
Answer Jim, No, the thermo couple doesn't need to be replaced. The thermostat WB20K10013 needs to be converted back to Nat Gas. There should be a bag or envelope near the regulator with the pins and instructions inside. If not you'll need to replace the thermostat, it comes from the factory preset for natural gas.
