Bill B for Model Number JKP26GOV1BB Upper Broiler works but upper bake oven will not heat. When temp is set to 300,for example, the reading will go back to reading 100 after about 20 seconds. Both Broiler & Bake work in the lower oven. Is this a temperature sensor or an electronic problem?
Answer Hello Bill. You will need to test the bake element WB44K5013 and see if it is good. It should read closed for continuity. If it is good, you will need to test the relay on the clock assembly and see if it is sending voltage to the bake element. If not, you will need to replace the clock WB27K5190. Hope this helps.
