Carroll for Model Number ed2shaxmb10 Water leaking on floor in front of ref. drain pan is empty but water still leaking. Is this due to drain heater or is something frozen that wont let water to drain into pan. If something frozen what is my solution?
Answer Carroll, You will want to remove the rear cover in the freezer compartment and clear the ice from the drain trough and flush it with hot water. This is most likely what is causing the issue.
