Martha for Model Number DFE29JMDCES There are two vents on the left side but you can only feel the cold air flow in the bottom one. It was also warm and would freeze the food and the water that would drip in it tray. So we changed the fan inside and I believe it was a sensor we thought this would fix it. It's cold now but that top vent is still not working. What can it be?
Answer Martha, the two vents on the left side where the door connects are both used to allow for air circulation. One vent will allow air to pass into the door while the second door is a return vent to allow the air from the door to circulate back into the freezer so that the air can continue to cool.
