Deborah H for Model Number JGBP26WEA1WW When I turn a burner or all the burners, once the burner lights and the nobb is set to high, the flame is VERY low. If I set the nobb to low, the flame goes out. (Boiled a small pot of potatoes and it took more than an hour for the to be cooked enough to mash.) Do you think that the pressure regulator need to be replaced. ( We have a propane water heater and it is work just fine, so the problem is probably not with the gas line.)
Answer Hello Deborah, It could be a pressure regulator problem or you may need to adjust burner. If it is on all the burners then the regulator would need to be replaced. If it is just 1 then maybe the burner valve needs adjusted. When you pull the knob off there is an adjustement screw in the center of the stem of the valve. Read More...
