Scott for Model Number GTWN4250m0ws Machine will run one load with no problem. On the second load it will go through the wash cycle and then stop at the point where it needs to drain and spin prior to the rinse cycle. Unplugging and waiting a few minutes does no good. Washer will just hum with no action on any cycle request (regular wash, quick rinse, drain and spin). Often, but not always, a 12 hour +/- delay (unplugged) will once again allow me to do one regular load cycle. And, if I vacuum out the water it will do a drain & spin cycle but, that is all. I've replaced the lid switch and circuit board.
Answer Scott, If you look at the motor there should be a light flashing on the control board. Look to see how many times it flashes and compare to the tech sheet to see what the error code is. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, July 6, 2017
