Lee for Model Number grwn5150mows My GE top load washer will not fill. When I push the start button the fill LED blinks and beeps but the machine does not fill. I tried to do a self diagnostic but It shows no prob. I have already changed the water level switch with no success. My ? is if the board doesn't see a input from the thermistor sensor will it cause this problems? I have checked the thermistor with a ohm-meter and it read infinite resistance. The schematic in the washer tells me it should be around 47K ohms @77 degrees. Thanks for any help that can be provided, I'd hate to purchase another part for nothing again.
Answer Lee, Yes, a faulty sensor could cause this issue if it is not reading properly. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, December 23, 2019
