Paul for Model Number ge profile washer wpgt9350 The pulsator asm came off during wash. Now when I put it back on and tighten it firmly it immediately comes loose and makes loud grinding noises. I think the threads may be stripped. Is there a reason it wont stay tight. Did a lock washer or some other piece fall off?
