Anthony for Model Number WPGT09360E0PL Recently, the bolt that attaches the pulsator arm to the part that actually spins it snapped in half. First off, is there anyway that I can get that bolt out and replace it with another, or do I have to buy an entire new piece for that. My pulsator arm is now stripped as well. Am I looking at spending 300 dollars to get my washer fixed, or is there a DIY option here?
Answer Anthony, The only way that you would be able to get the broken part of the bolt out would to be to try and use an extraction tool to remove. If unable to get out this way then you would need to replace the Mech housing and bearing assembly. The part number is WH39X10003. Read More...
