Gary for Model Number WPGT9360E0WW The pulsator is not spinning with post. I can spin it with my hand and the top of the screw does not spin at all. I have taken it off and the hole that goes over the post is worn smooth. Should that have teeth on it that mate with the teeth of the on the shaft? Will a new pulsator assembly solve my problem?
