Scoped for Model Number WPGT9360E0PL Hello, I have a GE Harmony washer and it will not drain, gives me the test pump error on my screen. I am able to push on the electrical harness at the pump terminal and it kicks on or just rock it back slightly and it turns on. Is this from a blockage or is my pump on its last leg? Thanks in advance for the help.
Answer Scoped, You should check the harness connections at the pump to make sure that there is no corrosion on the terminals. If there is then you would want to clean with an electrical contact cleaner and retry. If this continues to happen then the pump would be the issue. Read More...
