Jillian for Model Number WPGT9350C0WW I have the ge profile harmony washing machine... my question is how long does the pump normally last? and i'm pretty sure but i'll just ask, if my washing machine isn't draining, then I get an error saying test pump may have blockage, and the test does nothing at all, that would be the pump right? Answer Hello Jillian. Sorry, but there is no way of putting a date on a mechanical part as far as lasting. However, you need to test and make sure there is power coming to the pump during the drain cycle. If so, and the pump does not run, you will need to replace the pump assembly WH23X10020. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
