Hello Cslocum. Check and make sure there is nothing in the pump. If it is clear, you will test for power coming to the pump assembly. If there is power there, but the unit does not run, you will replace the pump WH23X10016. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
