Hi W.D. You will need to un hook the drain hose at the sink and put it in a bucket. Then select the drain mode and see if the pump is OK. Is it clogged there or at the sink drain end ? Clear the pump and see if the impeller is loosely spinning on the shaft. If so you will need pump part # WD19X10015. Is the drain hose looped and mounted as far you under the sink and then taught to the sink drain ? This will create a p-trap and not allow the sink drain to back up into the dishwasher. Make sure that you transfer the red/orange , check valve flapper from the drain pump exhaust port. Thank You.
