Hello Erin, First unplug and re-connect all of the connections three or four times to clear any corrosion that may be corrupting the electrical connections and re-try. If no results, I would use a voltage indicator TJMA-49858A to see if voltage is being sent to the touch screen from the main PWB board. If so, replace the touchscreen WH12X10246. If not, replace the main PWB WH12X10281. Please disregard the compatibility tool. This is still in work and is not recognizing all model and part numbers so it is not a dependable tool at this time.
