Tim December 06, 2017 for Model Number WPGT9360E0PL When pressing power button sometimes I can hear a rapidly cycling relay and the display either flickers or does not light. If it does come on all runs as expected but this behavior is becoming more frequent.
1 Answer Hello Tim, This is most likely a bad relay on the main board. I'm sorry but this part WH12X10281 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
Frank November 03, 2017 for Model Number Wpgt9350c0ww I Ave a ge profile harmony washer. It doesn't always drain on the 2nd cycle. Sometimes it says there is a problem with this unit sometimes it says there is a problem with the pump and provides a test button. When you press test the pump works fine. Usually we take a bucket or two of water from the unit and try again or shut it off and go to spin and drain and it works fine. We had a repairman come out and he said it was the pump b cause when it happened to him he tapp d the pump and it began working. Do he replaced the pump. 2nd load after he left the problem was back. Does not happen on every load. Do you have any suggestions?
2 Answers Frank, Based on the information it sounds more likely that there would be an issue with the main control board or loose wiring between the board and the pump. Read More...

2 Answers Frank, Presuming there are no obstructions in the tub or drain hose, the first check would be at the wiring harness between the drain pump and the inverter board. Make sure there are no loose connections, frayed wires or damaged loose connections. If all checks OK, then the inverter board would have a problem and will need to be replaced. Read More...

Jeff April 23, 2016 for Model Number WPGT9350C0PL My machine takes 15 minutes every day to power on. We just keep hitting the power button until it finally comes on, then we're good for the rest of the day. I've unplugged numerous times to reset and that worked a few times but not so much anymore.
1 Answer Jeff, With the unit taking 15 minutes to power on then the issue would most likely be caused by a faulty main control board WH12X10281. Read More...

Robert H. May 23, 2015 for Model Number WPGT9350C0PL I purchased a filter circuit, WH12X10248, for my washing machine and replaced it. However, the main AP3204590 started smoking with the new part. What should I do next? Do I need to replace the main and get another filter as well?
1 Answer Hello Robert, While there is most likely nothing wrong with the filter, if there is a warranty you can use to replace the filter so both boards, WH12X10248 and WH12X10281, can be changed at the same time, this is the smart way to complete this repair. Read More...
