Peggy for Model Number GE JBS56W L3WW I got a replacement burner for my oven. It is the same burner but the current one (which I'm replacing) has 2 small pegs attached to the back that attach to a cross piece. The new one doesn't have those pegs, so there's no way to install it securely. Any suggestions? Workaround?
Answer Peggy, you will need to remove the 2 mounting clips from off of the old element and attach them to the new element.
