Peggy January 15, 2019 for Model Number GE JBS56W L3WW I got a replacement burner for my oven. It is the same burner but the current one (which I'm replacing) has 2 small pegs attached to the back that attach to a cross piece. The new one doesn't have those pegs, so there's no way to install it securely. Any suggestions? Workaround?
1 Answer Peggy, you will need to remove the 2 mounting clips from off of the old element and attach them to the new element. Make sure you mark the correct position on the new element so it sets in the correct position under the glass top. Read More...
