Barbie, We don't have pictures available at this time, hopefully this will be enough to get you through. You'll need a small flat blade screwdriver, and a pair of needlenose pliers. First you will need to remove the front track rack stop, at the end of the metal track. To remove the rail and wheel guides, proceed as follows:Remove both front rail guide pegs by compressing the top sections together and lifting clear from the rail guides. Slide the top basket out and clear of the rail guides. Once the rack is extracted from the rail, you'll see how the roller and studs mount an are clipped to the rack side tines. You'll use the screwdriver blade to loosen and unclip the roller stud from the rack assembly, you will then need to slide the stud and roller off the axle, molded into the side of the rack. To install the new roller stud, you reverse the process, slide the new roller stud onto the axle, turn the clip up and align the clip with the side rail of the rack, and press it onto the tine. You may want to use the needlenose pliers to insure a good tight fit on the clip rail tine fitting, but be careful, don't damage the the vinyl coating on the rack. I'm sure you'll do fine, once you start the repair. Thanks and Good Luck
