Answer

Steven, Starting at one either the bake or broil element or one of the switches, you will want to check for 120 vac on the L2 side back to the terminal block. You can also check at the terminal block to make sure that there is 240 vac across the 2 outer terminals and then check from each outer to the center for 120 vac. You are loosing one leg of power coming into the unit. The leg you are loosing is the L2 side which you will need to determine where you are loosing this side at.
