Mary for Model Number JB988sok3ss Oven is not heating up to set temp. When started it states 200 degrees, previously started at 100 degrees. It will only heat to 325, even though it signals correct temp has been reached.
Answer Hello Mary. It sounds like the sensor assembly is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. It should read around 1100 ohms at room temp. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
