Answer Kathleen, The best way to determine if the issue is with the burner would be to pull the unit out and take the control panel back off and turn the burner to the on position. Check between h1 and h2 for that burner switch to see if there is 240 vac. If there is proper power then the element is faulty. If not then the switch is bad. Read More...
