Manu D for Model Number PT925DN2BB I have a GE Double Oven Model # PT925DN2BB. It's electric and all digital. Both Upper and Lower ovens don't heat up at all. In both, Bake and Broil settings it shows PRE 100F and sounds like fan is running and continues to blow cold air but Temp does not go up at all and heating elements remain cold, even left it for 15-20 minutes. No error codes are displayed. All other displays seem to work well. Any help will certainly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Answer Manu, With both ovens not working then test power supply coming into the unit for 240 vac. If there is proper power then check for 120 vac out of the double relay WB18T10352 as this is the common part that would supply one leg of power to both boards and to both upper and lower oven.
