Terry for Model Number GDF620HSJ4SS Dead dishwasher, no lights of any kind at the user display and does not turn on. The main control board is getting power. There is a solid green LED light on the board that is illuminated. Does this indicate the board is good, bad or do you need to do something else to determine if the board is good? Thank-You
Answer Terry, the user interface WD21X31902C would need to be tested for 13.5 Volts DC from the black/green wire at pin 1 to the yellow/blue wire at pin 2. If there is voltage, the interface has failed and would need to be replaced. If there is not voltage, the main control WD21X24900C would need to be tested at the same wires located at the connection J722. If the voltage is there, the DC wire harness WD21X23416 has failed.
