Cindy for Model Number SCA2000BCC03 GE Advantium oven - turntable makes a grating/grinding sound when trying to turn. Is it because of this piece? The shaft? Part Number: AP2009991 - also this purple piece looks like its plastic. The one in the oven is metal with a plastic piece on the bottom. Tried replacing the turntable - no difference. With turntable removed this shaft piece seems to still move a bit and there is no noise. Just wondering if you think that the shaft piece is worn a bit so its not grabbing fully when the metal turntable is on it.
