Mike C for Model Number #SCA2000BCC03 Ge Microwave There is a screw in the white plastic part which surrounds the turntable shaft, but it does not appear to be a standard screw (phillips, etc.) it seems to be a star shape, despite what your reply to your last questioner on this subject. Do you know any more about removal of this, and if it is necessary to remove this part to replace the turntable shaft. It appears to remove that screw I need a special driver head--what I have doesn't seem to be working.

You could get the Torx driver SAB454 which is good for torx and tamper resistant torx. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 15, 2013
