Bill J for Model Number psc23sgmbbs Our ice maker works o.k. but the water dispenser quit working about a year ago. We have tried it with and without the filter but it is still not working. What part should we replace?
Answer Hello Bill. You may want to check the water lines to make sure they dont have any ice frozen into them preventing the water from moving. You may also want to look at the control board for your dispenser WR55X10195 or the water valve WR57X33326 to see if the dispenser solenoid has failed. These parts are testable with a mutli-meter MA-DM1. I will include a link with instructions on how to use one.
