Jess My ge dishwasher runs through its cycle fine but doesn't drain at the end leaving dirty water up to the door level. I've pulled it all apart and there are no plugs in any of the lines. The pump appears to be working fine. I think it's the solenoid as I don't see it moving during any part of the cycle. Is there a way to manually open the drain valve to confirm if it is the solenoid that's the issue? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Answer Hello Jess. Test for power to the solenoid. If there is power there and it does not move, replace the solenoid WD21X10060 in the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, August 31, 2012
