Rebecca for Model Number GSD3600G00CC/Rd7350248 The lower tube that comes out of the lower spinning arm broke off. Husband has glued it once, can this piece be replaced with out taking the dish washer out? And which part would I need? And does it come with complete instructions? Thank you for your help! rebecca
