Irene June 11, 2015 for Model Number GSD3460G00SS The soap is not dispensed completely. Looks like the top sprayer arm is not working and the middle portion that comes out of the lower arm is not going up. Could it be the reason why? if yes, how to repair it?

John March 25, 2015 for Model Number GSD4000J00BB I have a leak coming from top of pump and hose connector. The band clamp is tight. What else could be causing it to leak?
2 Answers Hello John, If the standard factory clamp WD01X10065 was not used but a fuel type clamp was used, the plastic nipple that the hose connects to could be crushed inside the hose. This is a common issue with this design unit. The factory clamp can crush the nipple also but is not as common to see as the fuel type clamp since they give better leverage which causes the issue. You should also use a strong flashlight and inspection mirror to ensure the leak is originating from the place you assume it is. Read More...
Catherine November 30, 2014 for Model Number WD22X155 When I removed the wand to get to the filters for a cleaning the two tabs at the bottom of the shaft broke off. They were very brittle, and I am not surprised. But, do I have to purchase the entire wand just for this? Thank you!
Nizam M. July 13, 2014 for Model Number GSD3408KWOON It is not draining the water after washing, some water is up to the heating wire, still stays in the machine and the soap is not completely used
1 Answer Nizam, The model number you supplied is incorrect or incomplete. We were unable to research any service or parts information. Most GE GSD dishwashers have a drain solenoid mounted to the motor under the tub, the solenoid has to activate and open the drain port in the pump in order to drain, you may want to start by checking if the solenoid operation is correct. Also, remove the sump cover in the back of the tub and check to see that the filter and sump are not clogged or restricted with debris. Read More...

Larry November 02, 2013 for Model Number GE dishwasher GSD3735F00WW This dishwasher is dripping significantly from the hole in the center of the sheet metal piece that sits between the pump assembly and the bottom of the plastic cabinet. I see no dripping from any of the hose connections or assemblies under the sheet metal. The leak starts within a few seconds of starting the wash cycle. There appears to be no leaking at the front under the door. There is some evidence (staining) on the top of the cabinet where the hose for the top rotating wand is connected. If that is leaking, I can't figure out how it's getting all the way down to the bottom and above the sheet metal to then drip from the hole onto the floor. Thanks for your help. Larry
1 Answer Larry, You will want to check to make sure that there are no small holes in the tub of the unit and check to make sure that the leak is not coming from around the sump. If leaking at the sump then you would want to replace the sump. Read More...

Mike G. September 12, 2012 for Model Number GSD3600G00BB I disconnected the inside part of the spray arm to work on the filters. Does the spray arm have a stainless steel washer under the inside part of the arm?
1 Answer Hi Mike. No stainless steel washer. Inside the lower wash arm assy. are all smooth telescoping plastic knozzles that build taller under presssure. The wash arm is part # WD22X155. Remove the sump cover inside the back of the tub and reach in to clear debris that lead to the chopper blade. Thank You. Read More...
