Mike S. for Model Number GSS25LGTBBB How do you install the GE Stripper Part? I see a hole in the right side (as shown on the diagram), which seems to fit over a black pin on the right side of the ice marker. Do other parts of it have to snap in place? If so I sure don't see holes on the face of where it goes to be able to snap it in.
Answer Hi Mike. Remove the front cover. There are 3 front screws that hold the head to the cube tray assy. Loosen them just enough to separate the cube tray just enough to remove the ice stripper part # WR29X10085. Make sure all heater (under the cube tray) and the ejector inner blades are positioned correctly before tightening the screws. Thank You. Read More...
