Jeff for Model Number 911.4364991 Ordered this part to replace a possible burned out "outer" element. My original looks like the one pictured on the site. I was shipped a different unit that came with an incomplete diagram indicating that I needed to cut and splice a lead but with no explanation why since the lead they want me to cut already fits the terminal indicated and there is no danger of contact. The problem is that when I connect all the leads the element is not energized although there is power (240) flowing through the infinite switch. The part I was sent is a Ceramaspeed service kit 22101002. Please advise. Thanks.
