This water level pressure switch monitors tub water height via air pressure and signals the controls to stop filling and move the cycle forward, helping prevent overfilling or underfilling for accurate load-size operation.

  • Detects water level through the attached air hose and internal diaphragm contacts
  • Signals the control to close inlet valves at the selected level and allows agitation/spin only when safe
  • Common symptoms: continuous filling/overfilling, stops filling too early/low water level, or no agitate/spin because the tub is sensed as "full"
  • May cause inconsistent or incorrect water levels across settings
What's included: 1 pressure switch Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and turn off water supply before servicing

Victor, First check the lid switch for operation and the proper circuit. If the washer will fill, wash and drain but not spin, check and/or replace the timer. If the washer doesn't drain or spin, first check the drain pump, then check the water level switch and tube. The washer has to drain and the switch reset to "empty", then the washer can spin. Thanks,
