Robeert A. for Model Number GE WH12X10378 The highest water level too high. It is about 2 inches above the top of the agitator. The water splashes out. There are two adjustment screws in the switch. Can anyone explain how to lower highest water level setting?
Answer Hello Robeert, You need to remove the hose from the pressure switch and blow through it back to the tub to make sure it isn't clogged with lint or detergent residue. If it is clear, replace the pressure switch WH12X10378. The screws are calibrated at the factory. If the screws need adjustment, the switch is failing and will not be dependable. The possibly of overfilling into the floor will be greatly increased. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 8, 2013
